a presence

like a name you notice in a book, or a song you didn’t play, yet somehow you hear it I’m not inviting you to jump in I’m just making you aware someone’s standing at the edge of the surface “I’m here” isn’t a call, it’s presence.

warm enough

i used to burn for others now i keep a flame for me soft, steady, awake brave enough to feel, still warm enough to love if you come, i’ll meet you gentle if not, my fire remains — quiet, steady, mine

resilient

without knowing, you appear, becoming a mirror that challenges me, teaching without words, giving space to learn, to stumble, rise, and laugh on my own you are not a teacher, yet every step, every silence, shapes the way I stand, teaching me to honor myself and keep my heart light thank you, for showing me, in ways unexpected, how strong I can truly be and how resilient it makes me feel

right here

You once hesitated, afraid to trust, a heart wary of people, of promises unkept I remember telling you softly, “Don’t trust blindly, but a little caution won’t hurt” And still, I tried — to reach you, to support you, to know you in the small corners you let the world see Over time, I’ve watched your steps forward, the center of your world returning to you, self-focus blooming like sunlight catching your smile Happiness suits you, and I love to see it So here I am, quietly grateful, appreciating you, appreciating your journey, and thankful for you — for your smile, your growth, for letting me witness even a small piece of your world.

gentle breeze

I wait, yet I do not wait Quietly I follow the journey of your heart, unsure if I merely watch, or gently help your steps move forward My support drifts with the wind, carries in the air, whispered in every prayer, softly brushing past your days, lingering in moments you may never notice Without words, without demand, only warmth, only care, only this quiet devotion that floats between your healing and my own delight I savor it silently, the gentle joy of loving from afar, the soft thrill of being part of your story, yet remaining just a gentle breeze by your side

I Dare to Live

I stopped blaming myself not because I was always right, but because punishment never taught me why I hurt So now I listen To the pause To the flinch To the part of me that once only wanted to survive, and now  —  dares to live

Write it down

Tears fell quietly, hidden from the world In the pages I could touch, in words I could hold Some I shared, letting glimpses slip softly into others’, not for validation, not for applause, but to speak what I think needed Some I kept, carefully into my private corners each one a reminder that my heart could feel, and still choose its own path Every tear, every line I wrote  was a step, small but steady toward knowing myself, that starts quietly — inside me

Air Between Us

I don't love loudly, I don't ask to be held tighter I stay where I can still breathe If I step back, it's not because you lacked something —  it's because I refuse  to lose myself quietly I carry affection the way birds carry the sky —  without owning it, without falling So if I ever leave,  know this —  I didn't choose distance over you I chose honesty  over disappearing

My Way Of Leaving

I didn’t leave in anger, or because love was gone I left because staying would’ve asked me to abandon myself There was a small scene, my last words  that meant to be understood Carrying the meaning that not all connections are meant to be continued I took my feelings with me — carefully, like returning borrowed books before they’re damaged If I ever crossed your mind, I hope it’s warm and gentle Not as a loss, but as something that passed through your life without hurting it Some endings  don’t need to be loud — But to be real.
